Shipping Information
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. MFAD Creations cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Items for delivery via ground shipping, can take up to approximately 5-7 business days.
For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks production time.
MFAD Creations IS NOT responsible for any missing packages, lost deliveries, etc. or for any shipping delays due to shipping vendor or weather.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
Returns / Exchanges
MFAD Creations proudly stands behind the design and quality of my products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund (not including shipping). No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Returned Merchandise
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes, and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. MFAD Creations will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in MFAD Creation’s sole discretion. Please send your return to:

All sale and reduced merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to [email protected]. I will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted I cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Some fabrics are limited but will try to accommodate your request. I will inform you if I am unable to fill your order.

Prices displayed on the MFAD Creations website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If I discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If I am unable to contact you, I will treat the order as cancelled.
MFAD Creations charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
Measurements
Dimensions displayed on the MFAD Creations website are noted in inches. While I try to ensure that all measurements on my website are accurate, errors may occur.
